EXCHANGES & RETURNS
The most important thing is that you are really happy with your purchase, but if you're not, don't worry: you have ten business days to change or return your order, counting from the day of receipt.
To make the change or return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The shipping costs will not be refunded, and the return postage will be at your expense, except when the return is due to the product being damaged.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
You have ten business days from the day you receive your purchase to decide if you want to return or change a product.
The product must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition and with the corresponding labels.
To make a return, you must log in to your user account and go to “My orders”. Inside your order you can select the items you want to return, explain the reason and ask for the refund.
Orders may be returned using any shipping method or courier, but at your own expense. We recommend using a courier which offers a shipment tracking service, because we cannot be made responsible for any failed deliveries of returns.
All garments must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the tags attached. Unfortunately we cannot accept any used garments.

You can get updates on your transaction checking “My returns”, on your user account.
Once we recieve the package, if everything is correct, we will process the refund. You will be reimbursed the value of the product by the same method payment you chose in your purchase (paypal, stripe or credit card).
Changes can be made for a product of equal or greater value. In case of greater value, you must pay the difference.
To make a change you must contact here and we will explain the steps to follow.
In case of not having stock of the desired size if a change is required, the corresponding refund will be processed.
It is necessary that the products are in their original packaging and in the same conditions in which we send them. If this is not the case (in case we receive dirty, damaged, used products ...) there will be no refund of the product, the only possible solution is a new shipment of the same merchandise. The new shipment will be charged to the customer and the period of claims is fifteen business days from the notification of our part.
IMPORTANT: If you need to make a change of one of our products and at the time of return has a lower price, you will change the product by the size or model you need; but the difference between the price at which you bought the product and the discounted price will not be paid. Also, if you need to make a change of one of our products and at the time of the return has a higher price, you will be exchanged for the size or model you need; but you will not be charged the difference between the price at which you purchased the product and the price at the time of return.
