For the rest of destinations, enter your address in the checkout process to know exactly the price of the shipment. The shipping time in the rest of destinations ranges from 2-4 business days.
In time of promotions, releases of new collections or Christmas these times may suffer variations, and your order could take a few days.
Orders over €50 sent to Spain Peninsula will have FREE shipping and orders over €150 within the European Union will also have FREE shipping.
All delivery times are always counted in business days. We always keep you informed of the status of your order: we send you an email once the package is with the shipping company, in progress and when it arrives. If you have an account, you can check the status of your order in “My orders”, and if you don’t, you can contact us to aquí and we will respond quickly.
It is important that you provide us a correct address, because if it was misspelled, even if it is only one digit, and the package its on its way, we would have to a new shipment and you willl be charged for any additional expenses. In the event that the order is returned to us because it was not possible to deliver it to the address you have indicated to us, within the time frame stipulated by the shipping company. It would be resent only after registering the new delivery expenses.
In Youniverse each order is a spacial gift. All purchases go in a packaging designed for you with a portion of our galaxy. We send the attached invoice in the confirmation email. If you lose it or you do not find it, you will always have it available in your user account of our website, so that you can download it again.
TAXES AND DUTIES
All our products have the corresponding 21% VAT applied for the European Union. From Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of the world, our products do not include this tax.
Orders placed in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will incur an additional cost of the customs tax, the IGIC or IPSI, which will be paid directly by the customer to the transport company or the customs authorities.
All international orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. We cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.
If there is any additional expense in the shipment, whether by customs or similar procedures, it will be at the customer's expense.
Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
We do everything possible to attach documentation or some other requirement that local authorities might need to perform the delivery at destination. For this reason it’s possible that we need some personal information (ID number/passport number/driving license number) for the international documentation. Read our return policies.
